RELON Tanzania works through a network of local organizations to offer practical support, training, and protection. While we don’t run shelters or schools directly, we collaborate with partners who do. We also provide platforms for advocacy, access to essential services, and help connect communities to opportunities through local helplines, outreach programs, and capacity-building initiatives.

We Identify & Support

We seek out local refugee-led and host community organizations that are making a difference. We connect them to opportunities, partnerships, and resources to strengthen their work.

We Educate & Empower

We provide training, workshops, and mentorship to build the capacity of local organizations, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to lead effective, inclusive responses.

We Facilitate Access

We work with partners to improve access to essential services including education, protection, and livelihoods for displaced people and vulnerable groups.

We Advocate & Influence

We support local actors to participate in policy-making spaces and raise their voices in national and global refugee response platforms.

We Connect & Collaborate

We build bridges between organizations, communities, and stakeholders to promote coordinated, locally led humanitarian action.

We Strengthen Systems

We work to improve transparency, accountability, and sustainability within local organizations so they can grow and lead long-term solutions.

At RELON Tanzania, we work through local organizations to protect these young lives, promote mental well-being, and provide access to safe spaces, education, and mentorship.
